Our range of Marinated Olives include Mediterranean, Moroccan, Greek and Balsamic. Added to olives are our infused oils amid flavours of Rosemary, Lemon/Lime & Kaffir Lime and Chilli oils. These are prepared from locally pressed olives.
In addition to the oils and olives are the unique Dukkahs – 5 sensational flavours – Original, Garlic, Chilli, Chilli & Garlic and a very interesting Wasabi Dukkah.
Supplementary to the above range are our Jellies – Quince, Chilli Apple and Red Grape Plum and Cardamon Jelly.
For the sweet tooth we offer Cherry Amaretto Preserve and Orange and Cointreau Syrup a must on Ice-cream, waffle or crepes.
Savoury Chutneys are the Smoked Pumpkin, Kick Arse Tomato Chutney and the Spicy Northern Indian Kasoundi.
Chilli Cherry Sauce, Chilli Jam and Balsamic Vinaigrette are flavoursome accompaniments to our range.
Very Popular Made to order products include our Muscat Infused Fig salami, A Chocolate Indulgence, Olive Pate and an assortment of curds.
We specialise in hampers for all occasions particularly at Christmas.
TASTINGS AT THE FARM GATE are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month 12 noon to 4pm from September through to May or other times by Appointment.
